Join Wallara's Land Management Services Team
Location: Based in Broadmeadows with work across surrounding areas
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday and hours are generally 7:00am – 3:06pm with flexibility needed to also work between 6:00am – 6:00pm.
Wallara's Land Management Services team is looking for a hands‑on Crew Leader/Member to join us full‑time. If you have experience in gardens and grounds maintenance and want to make a real difference, this is your chance.
In this role, you'll work alongside and support people with disabilities, helping them build skills and confidence in horticulture while delivering high‑quality land care services.
Key Highlights
Lead a dedicated crew of supported employees in tasks such as mowing, brush cutting, weeding, and litter collection.
Help supported employees achieve their goals in developing horticultural skills and experience within a commercial horticultural business.
Ensure a strong customer focus to meet all contract obligations.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in grounds and gardens maintenance.
Turf experience and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to tow a trailer and operate horticultural equipment.
Experience working with people with different abilities (highly desirable).
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Commitment to person‑centred support and inclusive practices.
Good administration skills and computer literacy in order to complete appropriate documentation.
Highly motivated and outcome driven to complete allotted tasks.
Ability to meet the goals and objectives of the team while working in an independent environment.
Professional approach and dedication to service delivery.
