CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST – SUNSHINE COAST – ACCOUNTING FIRM (JOB ID 1423) Looking for a front-of-house role where you can grow, lead and make a real impact every day? This role is in a well-established public practice accounting firm, giving you the chance to combine front of house duties with administrative and IT support responsibilities. The Role: Provide professional and friendly front-of-house support, assisting the head receptionist with answering calls, conveying messages and managing appointments and diaries Develop excellent rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service Assist internal staff with IT support, including troubleshooting basic issues with desktops, phones and online conferencing tools (Zoom, webinars, etc.) Prepare documents and correspondence, manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain records Support a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, working with electronic systems and ad hoc projects as required Contribute to the smooth running of the office and assist wherever needed Take a leadership role within the reception team, providing guidance and support to other staff members About You: 4 years’ experience in a similar front-of-house or reception role Positive, friendly and outgoing disposition “Can-do” attitude with the ability to take on whatever comes your way Well-developed organisational and time management skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working with a range of IT applications and hardware, able to problem-solve on the spot Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others What’s On Offer: Work in a supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to grow and develop in a senior role with varied responsibilities Flexible work arrangements, including a 9-day fortnight option Monthly team morning teas and free fitness sessions Access to an Employee Assistance Program for health and wellbeing support Office located across from Lake Kawana – perfect for lunchtime walks Please note: This job is based in Australia therefore, only candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered.
