**Your next position**:

- We're hiring because we need someone to meet the existing demands we have, _and_ grow it to the next level
- 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role in the fast evolving area of Home Care / Community Services
- What makes this role different to any other recruitment role is being able to offer your clients our Above & Beyond solutions, providing them with holistic end to end workforce solutions. These programs enable your clients to better onboard, engage, develop and retain employees
- Build your area like it is your own business, and be generously rewarded in line with your success
- Manage one other team member, and provide mentoring and guidance on business development and KPI management to others as required
- Work with the Director in setting targets and implementing strategies to ensure these are achieved
- Complete timely reporting and maintain data integrity in line with company standards
- Support the company in authentically promoting its services, vision, mission and values

**About you**:

- Demonstrate a successful track record as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in a skills short sector (ideally Health, Aged Care, Home Care, Disability or Mental Health)
- Proven success of growing your own area of a business autonomously
- Confident networking and excellent relationship building skills
- Have strong interviewing skills and an ability to probe for and extract relevant detailed information
- Possess self-motivation and discipline when working independently, and be able to work collaboratively with a small team
- Show strong attention to detail, high standards, and see tasks through to completion
