This permanent, full-time role based in Sydney offers the chance to lead design for Town Centres & Community Real Estate across a national portfolio, delivering sustainable, efficient, and high-quality outcomes that create value across our communities.
What you'll do
Provide design leadership for Stockland's Town Centre & Community Real Estate portfolio, including green-field and existing assets.
Strategically support projects focusing on early concept and acquisition schemes, and guide them to completion.
Problem-solve, expedite solutions, and work collaboratively to unlock commercial and community value.
Shape project vision and briefs, and guide consultant engagement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants, manage stakeholders.
Champion ESG initiatives, design standards and strategic initiatives.
About You
Experience & Skills That Count
Master of Architecture (mandatory)
15+ years' experience in retail development and design delivery
Background with major developers/retail operators
Ability to bridge strategic vision and practical delivery
Demonstrated successful stakeholder, communication, and leadership experience
Commercial acumen, understanding of Development & Operational Assets
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software (Revit desirable)
