Osborne Park Volkswagen currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our Prestigious brand in a new state-of-the-art showroom located in Osborne Park.

Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding clients through the buying process with high quality service, whilst making them feel like a family member and not a customer.
To reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with current and potential customers
- Willingness to listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.
About you:
If you are a professional Sales Consultant who is confident with their customer service skills and is looking for a challenge, then we want you!
Preferential Experience: Previous sales or fleet experience is an advantage but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and drive to succeed.
You will ideally possess:
- A Positive Attitude: Bring energy and professionalism to a fast-paced and rewarding role.
- A Passion for People: If you love connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
- Great Communication Skills: Build rapport with customers and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Must be motivated and driven
- Ability to meet KPI's and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence (highly regarded- not essential)
