Overview
We're seeking a Technical Integration Lead to join a major HR Transformation initiative within a large NSW public sector organisation. This is a hands-on role where you'll design and lead the build, testing, and operation of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and key enterprise systems, while ensuring security, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the design, build and support of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Finance systems.
 * Define end-to-end integration designs, ensuring alignment with SAP best practice and NSW Government data privacy/security requirements.
 * Work with middleware platforms (SAP BTP/CPI, Azure Logic Apps, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) to deliver seamless integrations.
 * Support SIT and UAT, defect triage, and release cycles.
 * Partner with vendors, developers, and business teams to deliver quality outcomes.
 * Transition integrations into steady-state support post go-live.
 * Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
 * 7+ years' experience in solution architecture, integration design, or technical lead roles.
 * Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS).
 * Hands-on experience with APIs (OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP).
 * Background in middleware platforms (SAP CPI, Azure, Boomi, MuleSoft).
 * Knowledge of Payroll systems (Chris21, Aurion, Micropay), Time & Attendance (Kronos/UKG), and Finance (Dynamics 365 F&O).
 * Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
 * Experience within the NSW Government or utilities sector is highly desirable.
 * Additional note: the role requires experience across Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, particularly HR and Payroll.
Contract details: 6-month initial contract with potential for extension; hybrid working – Parramatta base with flexible arrangements; competitive rate of up to $879 per day + Super; opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale HR Transformation project.
