Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Venue Manager.

As our Venue Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service, and driving overall excellence in our tavern restaurants.

Responsibilities

* Oversee daily tavern restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and motivate staff, provide training and support to foster a positive team environment.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise workflow and maximise productivity, including responsibility for staff rosters.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels while minimising waste
* Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulations
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

* Proven experience in tavern restaurant management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate staff
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* 5 day roster, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
