What You'll Be Doing
* Contract Administration: Accurately draft and complete building contracts and job specifications, ensuring plans align perfectly with client quotes.
* Pre-Construction Coordination: Manage jobs from initial deposit through to contract signing and finance approval, securing necessary technical reports from engineers, surveyors, and councils.
* Colour Selection Support: Schedule client colour appointments and accurately input selection details into our internal system.
* Proactive Client Communication: Act as a warm, professional touchpoint for our families - maintaining a minimum of weekly updates so they always feel supported and informed.
* Office & Finance Support: Handle general administrative tasks, answer phone calls and greet visitors.
What You'll Bring
