Role
Reporting to the Head of Doctors, you will lead Healthcare Australia's focus on engaging and expanding its doctor cohort. You will play a pivotal role in maximising the tenure of existing doctors, attracting new doctors, and re-engaging past doctors to ensure a strong and sustainable workforce pipeline.
Responsibilities
* Proactively find, attract and recruit new doctors to grow our clinical team
* Design and deliver initiatives to enhance doctor engagement, satisfaction, and retention
* Reconnect with former doctors through tailored outreach and engagement strategies
* Collaborate with Marketing to create doctor-focused campaigns and events
* Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and future workforce demands

You bring creative ideas for candidate engagement and retention, with a flair for designing strategies that keep talent connected and valued.
As our Doctor Engagement Manager will need to be confident using a variety of sourcing and CRM systems - being comfortable rolling up your sleeves converting our talented doctors into shifts for our clients.
