Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a difference in the lives of their clients.
About the role
You will be responsible for the provision of high quality and evidence based clinical services including intake assessment, referrals and complex case management.
You will be responsible for coordinating a caseload across a wide range of individuals and their families.
You will be maintaining clinical records, and report writing as required.
You will be collating and analyzing client data.
You will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level of care is assigned.
You will be getting involved in community development projects as required.
About you
You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role.
You will have experience in a similar clinical role and extensive case management experience.
You will be passionate about clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives.
