About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work closely with the General Manager and Clinical Care Manager to develop, monitor, and implement nursing care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, and evaluate care for residents with complex needs
* Develop short- and long-term treatment plans in line with diagnostic findings
* Drive clinical governance across the home and advocate for residents and their families
* Manage complex clinical conditions that impact health and wellbeing of residents
* Supervise and coach nursing staff in the delivery of resident care
Requirements:
* Current Division 1 AHPRA registration
* Experience within Aged Care
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all staff
* Strong clinical knowledge
* IT proficiency to utilise various software programs
