Overview
We're looking for an exceptional leader with:
* Sales Leadership Expertise 15+ years of progressive B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales experience
* Experience in sales leadership roles managing managers (2nd line leader minimum)
* Proven track record of consistently delivering $100M+ revenue goal
* Deep expertise in mid-market / commercial segment sales motions and scalable GTM strategies
* Strong P&L management skills with demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth
* Executive presence with ability to engage C-suite customers and internal stakeholders
* Exceptional coaching, talent development, and team-building capabilities
* Data-driven leader with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
* Prior experience as an AVP, RVP, or senior sales leader at Salesforce or similar SaaS companies
* Deep knowledge of the Australian market and business landscape
* Experience selling CRM, customer experience, or AI / data platforms
* Track record of leading through organizational change and scaling high-growth businesses
* Established relationships within the Australian enterprise technology ecosystem
* Experience with consumption-based sales models and product-led growth motions
* Proven ability to drive multi-cloud sales and complex solution selling
