About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane regions. This isn't just about numbers—it's about relationships. You'll manage existing accounts, forge new partnerships, and represent Carefinity as a trusted leader in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Nurture and grow existing accounts across the Sunshine Coast and north Brisbane
* Proactively identify, develop and secure new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, stakeholders, and community organisations
* Represent Carefinity at networking events and sector meetings
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Track activity, performance, and pipeline against KPIs
* Work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
About You
* Proven experience in business development and account management
* Demonstrated ability to source and convert new business opportunities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously from home
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Must reside within the Sunshine Coast or north Brisbane region
* Experience in disability, aged care, or a related sector is highly regarded
