to engage with? Possability Group and Independence Australia Group looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team and help shape high‑impact learning that supports our people to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing engaging digital, blended, and facilitator‑led learning.
* Turning SME knowledge into clear, compelling content (storyboards, scripts, microlearning, assessments).
* Building eLearning using tools like Articulate Rise, Captivate, Synthesia, and Vimeo.
* Evaluating and refining learning solutions to ensure impact and performance uplift.
* Collaborating closely with project managers, people teams, frontline delivery teams, and specialist SMEs.
What You Bring
* Strong experience in instructional design or learning development.
* Deep understanding of adult learning principles and design models (ADDIE, SAM).
* Advanced skills in Articulate Rise, Storyline/Storyboard & Review.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping quality.
Nice to have
* Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, ELMO).
* Understanding of SCORM/xAPI.
* Graphic design or video editing skills.
* Background in Agile or iterative development environments.
What you will also need (or have the ability to obtain)
* National Police Check
* Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People Check (State relevant)
