The role is responsible for remedial and preventative maintenance programs for Residential sites, ensuring that a prompt, high quality service is provided and that all relevant standards are met and maintained at all times.

The Maintenance Officer also performs general building and Facility Maintenance duties including light refurbishments, scheduled and reactive tasks including emergency repairs.

The role ensures that residents and staff of the Residential sites are provided with a safe and comfortable environment in which to live and work. The role may be varied to include other property / facilities and or clients across the greater organisation. This includes Community assistance as and or when required.

The role will also include an element of on-call responsibilities pending needs and or circumstances required.
