* Provides leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

* Assist with project planning by providing input to the project team on key success factors, timing for design and procurement deliverables, and help establish common work breakdown structures.
* Manage HVAC service execution by overseeing the execution of HVAC services and ensuring they meet contract requirements, design specifications, schedules, cost budgets, and quality standards.
* Evaluate and advise continuously on the progress of HVAC service execution and provide guidance to the project team on the status, issues, potential impacts, risks, and cost influencing factors of ongoing scope.
* Oversee crew organization and compliance by monitoring the organizational structure of the crew, including sizing, crew mix ratios, and compliance with wage regulations.
* Develop resource plans by creating plans for staffing, facilities, equipment, and tools required to meet project needs.
* Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.

* Must be a US or Australian citizen.
* Must have a valid TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or an Australian PV clearance.
* Must have at least five years of HVAC technician experience.
* Must have a Master HVAC license or its Australian equivalent.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
* Attention to detail is critical for precision and adherence to safety standards.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements is necessary.

* This role will be located in Alice Springs at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space.
* This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
