We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual as a junior receptionist to join a respiratory specialist medical practice. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required. We are more interested in your attitude and your willingness to jump in and help out.
This will be a part-time role. Working hours can be discussed.
Prior receptionist/secretarial experience in a medical practice will be considered an advantage. In particular, familiarity with Gentu clinical practice software.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Answering phone calls & booking appointments.
· Liaising with patients, GPs, specialists and hospitals.
· Reviewing patient referrals.
· Medicare, Eftpos and health fund billing.
· General administration and secretarial support.
