What you will do As contract compliance officer, you will monitor contractor work and support service improvement. You will help keep the fines system fair, clear and running well. You will: * monitor contractor performance and resolve operational issues * build strong relationships and support clear, shared outcomes * review documents and training to meet legal and contract rules * provide clear advice and support service improvement work * manage projects and change requests from start to finish. About you You have relevant work experience in business areas like planning, finance, risk or communication. A related qualification is helpful but not required. You should also have: * strong business knowledge across key areas * proven relationship skills with staff and senior leaders * sound problem solving and clear critical thinking * experience in project delivery and driving improvement.
