Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our passionate team and deliver exceptional aquatic and fitness services to the community. If you have a passion for health, fitness, and community wellbeing, this is your chance to combine strong leadership with hands-on, dynamic, and rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service.
* Drive memberships and ensure members love coming back.
* Keep operations running smoothly, safely, and in line with WHS standards.
* Build and develop a high-performing team that shares our community values.
* Engage with hirers, members, and community groups to build strong partnerships.
* Oversee maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting to keep the centre thriving.
Requirements:
* Experience across gym operations and group fitness delivery.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).
* WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver's Licence.
* Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
* Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
