We're looking for aStrata Managerto join our team inBurswood, taking ownership of a well-structured portfolio with a mix of residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes.

About the Role
You'll manage a portfolio ofdiverse schemeswith a range of complexities, working closely with owners, councils, and contractors to deliver outstanding service.
You'll be responsible for everything from running AGMs and preparing budgets, to ensuring legislative compliance and managing day-to-day issues.
This isn't a role where you'll be buried under impossible loads — we believe inbalanced portfoliosand providing the right support to help you succeed.
What You'll Bring
Experiencein strata management (WA preferred)
Certificate IV in Strata Community Manager
Knowledge of theStrata Titles Act ****and related legislation
Strongorganisational and communication skills
Confidence in managing AGMs, budgets, and council relationships
A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
