BX Bunka Australia, particularly Steel-Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Branch Manager on a permanent basis. With a strong customer base across builders, resellers, and retail, this is your chance to step into a well-established branch and take it to the next level. We're not just looking for a manager—we're looking for a leader who thrives on building great teams, smashing targets, and delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Working from the Townsville branch, the successful applicant will need to possess the following:

* Safety First: Lead a safety-first culture by prioritizing the well-being of all team members and ensuring strict compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
* Sales Success: Drive residential sales across all customer segments, consistently working to meet and exceed budget targets.
* Smart Cost Control: Maintain lean and efficient operations by managing costs strategically, without compromising on quality or performance.
* Customer Satisfaction (DIFOT): Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering in full and on time—every time.
* Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

* Drive all residential and trade sales, developing strategies that grow revenue across builders, resellers, and retail customers.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Improve conversion rates by ensuring quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions are timely and accurate.
* Analyses market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
* Build and manage the sales pipeline with disciplined tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations on campaigns that lift brand visibility.
* Develop and coach team members to strengthen sales capability.
* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales budgets with a focus on profitable growth

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role—ideally in trade, manufacturing, or building supply.
* Have a proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage budgets responsibly, and consistently deliver strong results.
* Maintain a strong customer focus and take pride in my ability to solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
* Excellent communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude that drives action and fosters collaboration.
