Overview
Infinite Care is an aged care provider committed to resident care and services that encourage independence. The Personal Carer Worker (PCW) supports elderly residents, their families, and colleagues on a 7-day-a-week basis across AM, PM and Night shifts. This role is based at Cornubia and involves working closely with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams to perform resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner.

Ideally, candidates have experience in the Aged Care sector and the ability to think on their feet to maintain workplace safety, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
Responsibilities
* Provide resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner across AM, PM and Night shifts.
* Work closely with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams to support residents and families.
* Follow established safety procedures to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
* Be the extra eyes and ears to help prevent resident injuries, trips or harm.
* Engage with residents, families and colleagues in a respectful, professional manner.
* Coordinate with carers and supervisors during handovers to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
* Ideally one year of demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector.
* A passion for delivering quality care and willingness to help the company provide quality of care services daily.
* Very positive teamwork attitude, trusted co-worker, excellent time management, and adherence to safety procedures.
* Computer skills including using emails, Word, and navigating in-house training platforms.
* Excellent workplace safety awareness to prevent resident injuries.
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR Diploma of Nursing with aged care placement, OR currently a 2nd year nursing student with placement.
* Recognition of other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies; industry work placement may be required to meet compliance standards.
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is essential, or willingness to obtain it.
