We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to play a key role in driving enrolments, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to our continued success in the childcare industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years' experience in paid media, managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns. A strong understanding of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and performance optimisation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid social campaigns (Meta ads)
* Launch geo-targeted and new centre campaigns to support enrolments and increase brand awareness
* Conduct keyword research, adjust bidding strategies, and refine audience targeting to maximise ROI
* Monitor performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
* Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and strategies to enhance campaign performance
Requirements
* 3–4 years' experience in paid media
* Strong understanding of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and performance optimisation
* Confident using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite for tracking and reporting
* Experience running A/B tests and refining campaign strategies based on data insights
* Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and understanding of SEO/organic social for cross-channel support
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across marketing teams
