What will you do?
* Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinate their assignments
* Provide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and service
* Observe and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
* Apply knowledge of various cooking techniques
More About You
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
* Creativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional service
* First Aid Certificate preferred
