Personal Care Worker
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a lasting impact on the wellbeing of our residents.
Location: Forest Lodge – Frankston North
Shift Availability: Flexible and available for a rotating fortnightly roster, including afternoon and occasional morning shifts.
Shift Times:
* PM: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
* AM: 7:00am – 1:30pm
Roster Overview
You will work across a structured fortnightly rotation, including combinations of:
* Weekday PM shifts (Monday to Friday)
* Shorter PM weeks with occasional Saturday shifts
* AM shifts across select weekdays
Flexibility across all roster patterns is essential.
What You'll Do
* Prioritise resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing
* Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
* Deliver exceptional person‐centred care
* Work collaboratively with the care team
* Facilitate communication with stakeholders
* Accurately report any concerns or issues
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Up-to-date COVID‐19 vaccinations (3 doses)
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* 2026 Influenza vaccination
* Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
* Eligibility to work in Australia
