Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support at the internal sales counter, delivering prompt and professional service.
* Assist with administrative tasks including order entry, scheduling, and general office duties.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.
* Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
* Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required.
* Ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with transport regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Current driver's license, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck License.
* Willingness to obtain a Forklift License (training provided if not already certified).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* A flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required.
