We're looking for a hands-on leader who's as comfortable in the boardroom as they are resolving site queries. Someone who can guide consultants, manage design programs, and make the calls that keep projects moving. This isn't a siloed role — we're a cross-functional team, rolling up our sleeves and pitching in together to deliver something special.
What you'll be doing
* Driving the design and documentation of large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities.
* Leading consultant teams and making sure documentation is on time, coordinated, and buildable.
* Working closely with construction teams to keep delivery efficient, compliant, and cost-conscious.
* Playing a key role in programming, problem-solving, and making sure projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
* Being a senior point of contact who can cut through complexity and give clear direction.
What we're looking for
* A proven design/project leader with commercial build experience.
* Someone who can balance big-picture strategy with detail, deadlines, and delivery.
* Strong communicator who can engage consultants, contractors, and site teams with confidence.
* Commercially sharp, technically sound, and ready to get involved at every stage.
