The Role
We have several exciting opportunities for full or part time team members to join our team in the accommodation department as Front Office Attendants. You will create memorable experiences for our guests by:
Providing exceptional and timely customer servicePresenting a welcoming and professional front for the organisationAttending to general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and actioning emails and check in and out processesWorking closely with all other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experiencePromoting a positive work environment, supporting colleagues, and celebrating the organisation's success and achievements

About You
Previous guest/customer relations experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal skillsComfortable and confident to work autonomouslyAccuracy with figures and a keen 'eye for detail'Problem solving skills, such as creativity and critical thinkingA qualification in Tourism and Hospitality is desirableA valid Victorian RSAFood Handlers certificateBe available for a range of shifts including nights & weekendsHave a reliable car to drive to and from Yarra GlenFull working rights in Australia.
