Active Crane Hire is a leading tower crane rental Company on the East Coast of Australia with HQ based in Somersby on the Central Coast NSW.
Due to our recent expansion, we are now seeking additional yard personnel for our busy operations.
Attractive pay rates will be offered to the right candidates with potential for career development.
The positions on offer are permanent with an immediate start.
About the Role - Yard Personnel
Daily Duties will include crane preparation, loading / unloading of our tower cranes from trucks and storage.
The tasks are versatile and do require a certain level of organisational skills and material handling experience.
Mechanical aptitude, Crane knowledge/experience, DG licence will be highly regarded.
The position would suit a very motivated person with a high mechanical aptitude and an exceptional can do attitude.
About You
To be successful in these Positions you would need to have:
- A professional manner and presentation
- Ability to restrain loads using chains and straps
- Able to work in a team oriented environment
- Are versatile and self motivated with a mechanical aptitude and a can do approach.
- Must be prepared to undergo daily fit for work testing as part of our established Drug & Alcohol Policy
