Bohm Presents is a dynamic comedy touring company that has been promoting international comedy, concert tours and theatre productions and in Australia and New Zealand for over twenty-five years.
With a passion for uniting diverse audiences through laughter, Bohm Presents curates nationwide tours featuring a diverse line-up of some of biggest names and emerging talent in comedy, both international and local.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Tour Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for multiple tasks that drive the success of marketing efforts of our national comedy tours. The successful applicant will be responsible for the execution of the following duties, including but not limited to:
- Performing a range of administrative and marketing support duties.
- Compiling advertising settlement recap reports.
- Research on audience and demographics for potential touring comedians.
- Assisting with writing and editing copy content for different platforms such as social media, eDM's, website, and press releases.
- Managing collateral development and brief in specific formatted artwork to Graphic Design Team for both print and digital mediums.
- Assisting in the development of approved assets to market shows - ad mats, animations, videos etc.
- Assisting with production of marketing collateral (flyers/street posters etc).
- Assisting the PR team to compile show information for press releases.
- Coordinating tour details including on sale timing, marketing instructions, etc. with internal and external stakeholders including agents, artist management, external ticketing services and venues.
- Generating ideas and marketing initiatives to drive ticket sales.
- Monitoring ticket counts, back-end marketing plans and ad budgets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
- 2 years Marketing experience preferably within live entertainment - booking agency, venue marketing, events and/or event promoter.
- Ability to work in fast paced, high volume, deadline driven environment with competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite skills.
- Good working knowledge Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
- Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools.
This role is Full-time (1.0 FTE) and based in Naarm (Melbourne). Our office is in Collingwood, and we offer flexible WFH arrangements.
