We currently consult from Birtinya, Noosa, and are excited to soon expand into the new Maroochy Private Hospital in Maroochydore.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and people-focused Medical Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide professional and welcoming support, manage appointments, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of daily clinics.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering a high standard of patient care and administrative service.
What You’ll Do
* Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy
* Manage bookings and schedules for our consulting clinics
* Support daily operations — data entry, filing, stock control
* Assist clinical staff and maintain patient flow
* Communicate clearly with patients, referrers and colleagues

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Confidence with technology and new systems
* Previous admin or healthcare experience (preferred)
