In this role, you will achieve the LP Gas sales budget, including sales volume, margin, and product group objectives.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* You will take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets, margin setting, strategic customer planning, and maintaining a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.
* You will maintain a high level of customer-focused activity, serving key customers on the road, and prefer not to sit in an office.
* Customer Management: Deliver market-leading service and support to Elgas' high-value commercial customers in your region.
* You will generate new business, identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers for Elgas.
* You will skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to achieve win/win outcomes.
* You will collaborate with local branch staff, sales team members across Queensland, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network.
* Maintain relevant data in our system and produce reports demonstrating your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.
What Makes You Great
* Demonstrated sales experience from any industry with strong negotiation skills.
* A strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver high daily activity, and a passion for sales.
* You enjoy being out of the office, taking initiative, and are a self-starter with good time management skills. You will be provided with a company vehicle and tools of trade.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A desire to own your region's success, responsibility for significant customer revenue, and a hunger to win.
* A clean and valid driver's license is essential.
* Locally based candidates are highly desirable.
