About the role

As a Paralegal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including managing client files, preparing court documents, and assisting with client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Provide excellent customer service to clients, respond to their inquiries, and manage their expectations.
* File Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client files, including correspondence, court documents, and other relevant information.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and finalize court documents, contracts, and other legal paperwork as required.
* Communication: Liaise with internal and external clients, providing timely and effective communication.
The experience we are looking for
* Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or in a similar administrative role is essential.
* Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills are required.
* Liaison Skills: Ability to liaise with internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service.
* Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
