Reporting to the Head of Digital & CRM, this role is all about driving our digital growth strategy, building brand presence, and ensuring our online experience reflects the confidence, creativity, and style that define SHEIKE.
A Day in the Life
"You'll be the digital heartbeat of our brand, leading strategies and initiatives that connect our customers to the SHEIKE experience. Your key responsibilities will include:"
Growing online market share and elevating brand awareness
Refining and executing the digital and eCommerce strategies to achieve revenue, profit and growth
Managing and maintaining our Shopify Plus store, including the Digital roadmap and regular sprint deployments alongside our Digital Agency
Managing SEM, SEO and Affiliate channels alongside our Agency partners
Managing and mentoring the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist
Forecasting and managing the eCommerce budget
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless site operations and integrations
Analyzing performance data and trends to identify opportunities
Ensuring brand consistency and a connected customer journey across all touchpoints
About You
You're a natural at balancing creativity and commerciality, with a passion for all things digital and fashion.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and love turning data and insight into action.
You'll bring:
A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
High-level experience with Excel and Shopify
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven success in driving digital growth and KPIs
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
A deep understanding of the fashion customer and online retail landscape
Your Experience
Before joining us, you'll likely have:
4+ years' experience in a similar eCommerce role (fashion or retail preferred)
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
A strong grasp of digital marketing metrics, SEM, SEO and web performance
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end eCommerce campaigns with measurable results
A love of fashion, style, and creating an exceptional customer experience
