About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and influential HSE Co-ordinator to partner with our operations and leadership teams to drive a strong, practical safety culture. Opportunity to grow into senior HSE or leadership pathways

Key Responsibilities

As an HSE Co-ordinator, you will:

Provide hands‐on HSE guidance and coaching across sites/operations

Build strong working relationships with frontline teams and leaders

Support hazard identification, risk assessments and safe work planning

Lead incident investigations and drive meaningful corrective actions

Assist with audits, inspections and legislative compliance

Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes

Promote a positive, proactive safety culture—not a policing approach

You are a capable, approachable safety professional with strong communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with unrestricted work rights.

Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent)

Solid experience in a field‐based HSE Co-ordinator role

Minimum 1-2 years of field‐based HSE Co-ordinator experience is required

Practical knowledge of Australian WHS legislation

Experience in workshop and manufacturing environments

Lead Auditor or ICAM qualification

AIHS membership or working towards it

What You'll Bring

A pragmatic, solutions‐focused approach to safety

Confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours respectfully

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A genuine passion for improving safety outcomes

What We Offer

Competitive salary package + benefits

Flexible work arrangements where possible

Ongoing training and professional development support

A values‐driven organisation that takes safety seriously

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you're an HSE Co-ordinator who wants to be listened to, trusted, and empowered, we'd love to hear from you.
