Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to help drive our growth and find the best candidates for our company. In this position, you will assist our team of Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the entire recruiting process, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities, as well as Employer Branding activities.
This gives you the opportunity to not only gain a deep dive into recruitment itself, but also to work across the APAC region, not just Australia and contribute to hiring from a global perspective while being involved in interesting and diverse projects within an international team.
* Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal and external events etc.)
* Help schedule and organize interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage calendars for hiring managers
* Serve as the point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
* Assist in Employer Branding projects by building relationships with universities, coordinating recruitment events, and managing presence at career fairs
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing or a related field
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding
* Previous internship, university project, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging candidates and stakeholders
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and digital platforms for sourcing and coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Fluency in English and Japanese
