We are growing and we are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support and strengthen our expanding studio.

The Role
This is not a scheduling role.
You will manage your own portfolio of clients, generate strategies for our clients, and help execute social media systems that are clear, structured and designed to perform.
You will work closely with our media, design and strategy teams to bring campaigns and content to life, ensuring each client’s presence reflects the calibre of their brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing monthly social media plans aligned with client strategy
• Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Create strategies for clients
• Coordinate content days with Desire Media and assist in production planning
• Design cohesive content reflecting each brand
• Brief designers and editors to ensure cohesive content output
• Write captions aligned with brand tone of voice
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in monthly reporting
• Conduct basic account audits and competitor research
• Engage with client communities in a timely and professional manner
• Manage timelines through Monday.com and Vista Social
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Who We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years experience in social media management or marketing
• Experience in agency or multi-account environments preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Video Editing Experience
• Organised and confident managing multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Experience using Vista Social and Monday.com preferred
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, InDesign, Premier Pro) knowledge advantageous
• Interest in property development, branding and creative marketing preferred
