We're looking to bring someone into the team who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to contribute.
Ideally, you've got roofing experience and know your way around a job site—but if you're reliable, switched-on, and keen to learn, we're open to training the right person.
What matters most to us is quality.
We want someone who cares about doing things properly, works clean, presents well, and can interact respectfully with clients and other trades.
You'll be part of a small team that values good communication and solid workmanship.
This isn't a churn-and-burn setup.
We're building something with a long-term vision, and we want people who are in it for more than just a paycheck.
