Stores and Purchasing Officer Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Stores and Purchasing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, processing orders in a timely manner, and performing tasks associated with stores.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide administrative support as needed.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement of goods and services
* Process orders in a timely manner
* Perform tasks associated with stores, including maintaining, issuing, and controlling items in the stores system
* Develop and maintain a clear stock control record
* Provide administrative support as needed
* Assist with capturing defect backlogs on roads using the Delta-S system
