Receptionist (Casual) – Join Our Team
We are currently looking for a reliable, and adaptable receptionist to join our team at The Injury Clinic.
About the Role
Our administrative team plays a vital role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and ensuring every client has a positive experience. You’ll work closely with practitioners and contribute to a professional, supportive environment that is highly valued within the local community.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is comfortable with changing schedules.
Hours
* Approx. 10-12 hours per week (casual)
* Flexibility is essential – while there are set hours available, additional shifts and coverage will often be required.
* Weekly hours may vary, with opportunities for increased hours during busy periods or staff leave.
Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing the clinic
* Welcoming and assisting clients
* Managing phone enquiries
* Scheduling appointments and diary coordination
* Processing payments and third-party invoicing
* Liaising with practitioners and clinic staff
* Monitoring and contributing to website and social media activity
* Responding to email enquiries
* Following clinic policies and procedures
* Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
About You

No prior experience is required – the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
Highly Regarded
* Previous reception or customer service experience
* Ability to work across a range of days/times, including short-notice shifts
