What are we looking for?
We have 2 entry level vacancies in our Geelong office. These roles are great for anyone looking to start their career in legal support As a Trainee Junior Legal Assistant you will join our National Work & Road team supporting either the Workers Compensation or the Motor Vehicle Accidents team. Both opportunities are on a full time basis. We are open to hybrid work arrangement on completion of sufficient training.
In this role you will be responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Your daily duties will include:
- Providing a great level of care and support to our clients in a professional manner
- Supporting the lawyer and team with general file management and administration
- Coordinating appointments for our lawyers and medico-legal appointments for our clients
- Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals both in writing and verbally
- Compiling court documents
- Reception duties as required.
