We are Ray White's dedicated communication hub, with over 15 years of experience, we have a young and energetic team who speak to over 20,000 clients every week to assist in their buying or selling journey.
We are seeking our next amazing administrators to join our Buyer Experience and Client Nurturing teams in a Full-Time in‐person capacity. Our culture and environment are based on a high level of energy, and enthusiasm and provide a positive workplace for our team to develop and grow their professional communication skills within their careers. We work during business hours Monday to Friday, and no weekend work.
About the Role:
As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our Concierge team running smoothly. You'll manage daily reporting, coordinating team schedules, assisting leadership with various administrative tasks and maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems. This role suits someone highly organised and detail‐oriented, while supporting internal teams.
What you will do:
* Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Manage data, documents, and reporting with strong attention to detail
* Coordinate communications and support internal teams as needed
* Maintain accurate records across systems and platforms
* Assist with general office tasks and ad hoc projects to support business priorities
