Position: Night Auditor
Responsibilities
Assist with overseeing the operations of the hotel in the absence of the hotel management team.
Ensure a high level of customer service while providing daily reports, including reconciliations and balancing the day’s transactions.
Help prepare the following day’s activities and manage other issues that may arise in a friendly and qualified manner.
Work a rotating roster across a 7-day week, including evenings from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Profile / Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment within a four-star+ environment is ideal.
Strong computer skills, especially in computer-based booking systems; OPERA knowledge is desirable.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
Team player who works well under pressure.
