The Corporate Receptionist & Administration Assistant will be the friendly face that greets visitors and the go‐to person for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist visitors in a warm, approachable, professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls and switchboard.
* Coordinate meetings, archive systems, stationery orders, and local & international courier bookings.
* Assist with domestic & international travel bookings and corporate/social event coordination.
* Provide general administrative support including document preparation and various office tasks.
* Maintain security access systems and manage courier bookings.
Qualifications & Experience
* Welcoming and approachable communication style.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience in reception or administration (5+ years preferred).
* Positive mindset and willingness to learn new systems or processes.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Desirable
* Experience in a large or global organisation.
* Knowledge of security systems, switchboard and travel bookings.
* Administration‐related qualifications.
