Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Summary
NDISLINK Group is seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, sales, and brand strategies. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, enhance customer loyalty, and build the organisation's reputation across clients, investors, and the wider public.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to maximize revenue and customer loyalty.
* Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote NDISLINK's services to a wide audience.
* Develop strategies to strengthen brand image and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and service delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in service-based industries.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Criteria
* Experience in the disability or healthcare services sector is an advantage.
* Knowledge of culturally diverse communities.
