Meka Recruitment are working with a leading plasterboard company that is currently expanding. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Forklift Driver to join their team.
You will be required to:
- Operate a forklift up to 6 tonne (willing to teach the right person)
- Loading and unloading the plasterboards from the trucks
- Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean at all times
- Prepare orders as required and on time
- Assist with other sections of the warehouse during busy times
The right person will:
- Have a current forklift license, experience operating a 6 ton forklift or willing to learn
- Construction White Card will be optional
- Be physically fit as there would be a lot of heavy lifting and manual handling up to 25 kgs.
- Able to work as part of a team to achieve the same goal
- Be willing to assist with all warehouse duties when required
- Have great attention to detail

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
