Roster and Conditions
* 8 days on / 6 days off roster – dayshift only (initially)
* DIDO from Karratha / Port Hedland

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Supervise and coordinate a team of HD Mechanics and servicepersons
* Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
* Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
* Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
* Support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data via AMT
* Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy
What You'll Need
* Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
* S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
* HR driver's licence preferred
* Strong working knowledge of CAT surface mobile equipment
* Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
* Clean shaven or willing to wear a PAPR mask as required
