The position

We are currently seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to join our onsite team. The role involves creating positive relations between World Vision Australia and our donors.

By working for World Vision, you help vulnerable children worldwide by engaging supporters through inbound or outbound calls, raising awareness, educating about programs, overcoming objections, and securing monthly donations.

Location: Burwood East, Victoria, 3151

Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts (8.45am-5.00pm/9.45am-6.00pm).
*Mandatory two weeks of full-time training in office

A day in the life

* Handle inbound/outbound calls to build rapport, raise donations, and retain supporters.
* Achieve KPIs through healthy competition.
* Manage supporter objections effectively.
* Participate in engagement, support, and training sessions.
* Attend team huddles for updates.
* Share success stories and have fun with teammates.
* Work with your Team Leader to enhance your skills.
* Join social activities to connect with colleagues.

About you

* Experience in sales or call centers is preferred.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with passion.
* High motivation to achieve results.
* Excellent communicator and storyteller with conversational flair.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
* Proficient with technology.
