Hospitality Manager Vacancy: Mont Clare, WA
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hospitality Manager to join our Residential Aged Care facility in Mont Clare. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is committed to operational excellence and enhancing the resident experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in a similar environment, who can manage staff and resources effectively while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and mentoring the hospitality and support services team.
* Overseeing all aspects of food service, including menu planning, food quality, and resident satisfaction.
* Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and aged care regulations.
Compensation:
* Base rate of $40 per hour, plus superannuation.
Key Requirements:
* Diploma of Hospitality Management
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Influenza Vaccination
* Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
