The National Manager Customer Specialists will spearhead the establishment and leadership of a new Inside Sales function in Australia, reporting directly to the General Manager, Customer Relationship Excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and lead a high-performing dispersed Inside Sales team (telephone based), recruiting, coaching, and developing Customer Specialists.
* Drive customer growth, retention, and share of wallet in the small to medium customer segment.
* Embed a consultative, solution-selling approach and ensure disciplined adherence to sales processes and strategies.
* Collaborate across internal functions, including Account Managers, Operations, IT, Finance, and People & Culture teams.
* Leverage best practices from international teams while adapting strategies to the Australian market.
* Monitor team performance, establish KPIs, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
* Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and ethical team culture aligned with organisational values.
